  • 500 g of chicken breast; boneless
  • Skillet
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces. You can season the cutting board with salt and pepper (I know it sounds weird, but saves even more time), and just roll the chicken in it.

Put eggs in one bowl, flour in another. Dip the chicken first in the flour, then eggs. Use one piece at a time.

Add olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for approximately 3 minutes. Gold is the desired color of your delicacy for this one.
