2 medium-sized broccoli heads

1 Carrot, grated or julienned

1 Apple, cored and chopped

½ small Red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup pecans or walnuts

½ cup raisins

Creamy Lemon Dressing:

½ cup Mayonnaise

½ cup Sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

 ½ tablespoon honey (to taste)

¼ teaspoon Sea salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Procedure:

1. Using a frying pan, toast the walnuts or pecans into medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes or until light brown.
